The Beginning

One Real Station. One Master Vision.

This entire environment began with one photograph of a real Texaco filling station: white clapboard siding, a deep shingled canopy, red TEXACO letters, twin pumps and unmistakable roadside character.

Without a complete set of original plans, H.J. Nick studied its proportions, rooflines, colors, signage and service-bay arrangement—then expanded that modest station into a completely original three-dimensional world designed around the collector, the automobiles and the available room.

The photograph supplied the historic foundation. H.J. Nick supplied the vision.

The Finished Experience

An Entire Route 66 Town Under One Roof

This is not a decorated room or a row of collectibles against a wall. It is a walk-through environment in which every building, automobile, sign and artifact becomes part of one American story.

Texaco Filling Station

A full-scale period environment with weathered siding, historic rooflines, illuminated signs, custom entrances and service areas.

Historic Automobiles

Vehicles are positioned as participants in the story—as if they have just arrived from Route 66 for gasoline and service.

Visible Gasoline Pumps

Restored pumps, glass cylinders, globes, hoses and service accessories create a dramatic museum-quality centerpiece.

Private Drive-In Theater

A large screen built into a vintage roadside façade brings classic films, family movies and automotive history into the collection.

Handcrafted Soda Fountain

A working-style hardwood counter, period stools and Coca-Cola memorabilia create a welcoming place to gather and entertain.

Genuine American Artifacts

Porcelain signs, neon, oil racks, tires, vending machines and service equipment are placed where they historically belong.

Proof of Performance

Watch the Dream Become Deliverable

The complete video follows a recently delivered ArtFactory.com station from measured drawings through full-size shop construction, finishing and outfitting with restored pumps, signs and automobiles.

Then it shows the proof: a controlled teardown. A forklift removes the canopy and roof sections. Finished walls, doors, windows, fascia, trim and platforms separate into transportable modules and are loaded into an enclosed truck.

  • Built full-size before delivery
  • Completely fitted, finished and tested
  • Entire teardown documented on video
  • Numbered sections prepared for shipment
  • Reassembled by following the video in reverse
