Flying A Sign: Old Vintage Porcelain Neon Gas Station Price Board

This is an original vintage Flying A sign from the 1920's. This unique advertisement is a genuine porcelain enamel, neon pricing board that shows a price of just 9 cents a gallon. This is an extra large, rectangular sign that measures 56 inches tall by 43 inches wide, and is 4 1/2 inches deep including the housing can. It is the type of large sign that is often used as a collection centerpiece, and is the perfect piece of memorabilia for a vintage gas station themed man cave or game room. This authentic gasoline advertisement for Flying A gas stations is just one of hundreds of original, collectible petroliana signs currently available from ArtFactory.com. The top of the sign has a black background with white lettering that reads "Flying A/0.9", and the bottom has a white background with red lettering that reads "Flying A 100+/0.9" and black lettering that reads "Gasoline". The neon lights up in white around the border of the lettering on the words "Flying A/0.9" in the top part of the sign, red neon around the borders of the lettering "Flying A 100+/0.9" and green neon around the word "Gasoline" in the bottom area of the sign. The 9 cent price has an added flasher that causes the light to flash alternating between the upper and lower price.
