The sign has a blue background with white and red graphics and lettering. There is a large "Frosty" character in the center of the sign, holding a banner that reads "For The Best Quality, Honor Brand Finest Frozen Foods, Protected With Cellophane, Selected Dealer". Below the banner is a round, Honor Brand logo, and to the right is a downward pointed arrow the says "One Of Stokely's Finest Foods".
