This vintage Paw Paw Bait Company neon sign is an original advertisement from the 1920's, for Lucky Lures. It measures 2 feet tall by 4 feet wide, and sits on a 5 inch deep metal can. It is just one of hundreds of original, collectible petroliana signs currently available from ArtFactory.com. It is a genuine, single sided heavy tin litho sign. It is a truly rare and unique advertising sign for fishing bait and tackle from this era. This authentic collectible advertisement features a graphic of a large mouth bass on the left of the sign that is swimming in water that goes across the bottom area of the sign. The sign resembles in appearance the box that these lures were sold in. The rectangular sign is full color with a mostly red background. The sign has white, navy blue and yellow lettering and graphics, and reads "GO FOR LUCKY LURES, THE BEST BAITS IN ANY TACKLE BOX". Just below, it reads "PAW PAW BAIT CO., PAW PAW, MI" in smaller black lettering.  The outline of the lettering on the the word "Go For", and the outline of the bass and waves in the water light up in white neon. "LUCKY LURES" lights up in yellow neon. Like all of our collectible signs, it is sold in original, unrestored condition as pictured.
