This diamond oriented, square sign is 15 1/2 inches wide by 15 1/2 inches tall. The sign has a green background with a white border, and white with red border lettering that reads "Mysore Sandal Soap Govt. Soap Factory Bangalore". There is also a red and white Mysore Sandal Soap crest at the top of the sign above the wording. This is a rare advertisement for Mysore Sandal Soap was made in Germany per the maker's mark. Most notably there are 2 significant damaged areas on the sign face that appear to be from being hit by a wind blown object.
