This vintage sign collectable is a single sided porcelain enamel that reads "Automobile Engineer." in white along to top, "Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce" in blue along the center white ring of the central red "A" and the smaller "A Grade No. 196" in white below. This red, white, and black classic VACC sign is on a white enamel background with the words "Property of V.A.C.C." and "Vic. Enl.
