This vintage Esso Motor Oil sign, is an authentic heavy metal advertisement, that is just one of the hundreds of authentic, vintage petroliana signs and collectibles we have available for sale at ArtFactory.com. This EXTRA LARGE 71 inches wide by 35 1/4 inches tall gas station signage is in original condition. This sign doesn't not have a date or manufactures marking, but our research has dated it to the 1950's due to the "Something Extra For Your Money Slogan" that appeared on signs for Esso during that era. A sign of this size is the perfect collection centerpiece for even the most serious vintage petroliana collector. The sign is rectangular in shape, and has a red/white/blue background with logos and lettering in the same colors. There is light wear, especially around the outer edges and in the center of the sign, but is in very good condition overall for a sign of this age.
