This is an original vintage porcelain, Tydol Flying A sign that was manufactured in the 1930's. This authentic advertisement for Tydol's aviation fuel brand "Flying A", and reads "Tydol Flying A", with the letter "A" represented by Flying A's trademark "Winged A" logo. This Tydol Flying A sign has a primarily white background, and has a red border, with a thin navy blue pinstripe separating the red from the white. In the center of the sign is the word "TYDOL" in large navy blue lettering, and "FLYING" in smaller lettering just below. Underneath this wording is the "Winged A" logo, and there is a thick light green stripe going across the sign that is split in half by the logo.
