This vintage Vendo 44 Coke machine is a survivor from the 1930's featuring its original red and white paint scheme with the slogan "Drink Coca-Cola" and the 5 cent price that a bottle of soda cost in that era. The Vendo 44 is among the rarest Coca-Cola machines, and to find one with its original paint is a truly once-in-a-lifetime find. This machine is extremely popular due to the fact that it was commonly found along Route 66 at gas stations and corner stores because it was the smallest, upright, self service vending machine produced for Coca-Cola. The vending machine measures 57 1/2 inches tall by 16 inches wide by 15 1/2 inches deep. In spite of its small size, the machine has a generous capacity, holding up to 40 12-ounce cans or 44 8-ounce bottles of Coca-Cola. Usually, all of our vintage vending machines are fully restored by award winning artist H.J. Nick to world class museum collectible quality. This includes all parts both inside and out being fully removed, cleaned, polished, painted, and restored to original manufacture condition.
